Anitha Chetty is the founder and driving force behind ADC Attorneys. A seasoned High Court attorney with over two decades of legal experience, she is renowned for her leadership in commercial law, business rescue, corporate governance, and high-stakes litigation.
Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have positioned ADC Attorneys as a premier commercial law firm with both national reach and international influence. Under her guidance, the firm became affiliated with the BRICS Legal Forum in 2018, spearheading initiatives that align South African commercial interests with global economic opportunities.
Anitha holds specialist qualifications in Business Rescue and has led several key international legal and technology negotiations under the BRICS umbrella, positioning her as a respected voice in both legal and economic development spaces.
